Based in Orange County and serving couples along the Southern California Coast, Catalina Island, and beyond, we accept a limited number of wedding weekend planning clients each year, allowing us to give each luxury celebration our complete attention, creativity, and dedication.

Each Event
Full on-site coordination for every gathering throughout your wedding weekend
- Sophia as your lead, on-site coordinator and point of contact for all vendors
- Assistant coordinators as needed based on the scale of each event
- Vendor team management from setup through teardown
- Ensuring vendors supply according to contract
- Timeline execution and cueing all vendors for every key moment
- Set up and style all personal décor and items, plus packing everything at the end of the night
- Ensuring every space is designed and set exactly as planned before guests arrive

- Be an advocate on behalf of the couple throughout the entire weekend, including day-of problem solving

12-18 months before
We start with the full picture. Not just the wedding day, but every event, every gathering, every moment you want to create for your guests. We spend this time getting to know you, mapping out the weekend, and building a creative foundation that will carry through every celebration before a single vendor is ever contacted.
Vendor Curation
9-12 months before
We build your vendor team with care across every event. Every recommendation is based on your aesthetic, the scale of your weekend, and how each vendor will collaborate across multiple gatherings. We review contracts, track the budget, and keep everything organized so you never feel overwhelmed.
Design Development
4-8 months before
This is where each event starts to feel like you. We develop the design for every gathering, ensuring each one is distinct yet connected. Florals, tablescapes, lighting, rentals, and personal details are layered in so your guests experience something intentional at every turn.
Final Details
4-6 weeks before
With each vendor, we run through every detail and make sure everyone is aligned: timing, logistics, setup, and expectations. Nothing is assumed. We handle all of it so that by the time your wedding week arrives, the only thing on your mind is how excited you are.
