Partial Wedding Planning & Design
From where you are to the final farewell — every detail, handled.

Partial Wedding Planning & Design is for the couple who has started the journey — venue booked, some vendors in place — but is ready for a creative partner to step in and take it the rest of the way. Who wants someone to finalize the design, fill in the gaps, and bring every detail together with intention. Together, we’ll pick up where you left off, refine what you’ve built, and transform it into a celebration that feels cohesive, elevated, and completely you.
Based in Orange County and serving couples along the Southern California Coast, Catalina Island, and beyond, we accept a limited number of partial planning clients each year, allowing us to give each luxury celebration our complete attention, creativity, and dedication.

Partial planning is the right choice if…
- 01 You’ve started planning. You have a venue, a few vendors, and some inspiration, but you’re ready for a professional to step in, guide decisions, and keep everything on track.
- 02 You want support with design — someone to take what you’ve gathered, develop it into a cohesive vision, and make sure it’s executed beautifully.
- 03 You value design as much as logistics — the way the room feels, the details guests notice, the atmosphere you step into.
- 04 You want to enjoy your engagement without managing timelines, chasing vendors, or making decisions alone.
- 05 You’re planning a wedding in Southern California, Catalina Island, or a destination — and you want every space to feel like an extension of who you are, not just a venue you hired.
- 06 You want to be a guest at your own wedding — fully present, unhurried, and completely in the moment.

The Experience
The Starting point
6-9 months before
We start with a full review of where you are. Vendors booked, budget, designs, inspiration, what’s been decided, and what still needs attention. We go through all of it together. From there, we build a clear picture of what comes next and create a plan to get you to the finish line with confidence.
Planning & Vendor Management
5-7 months before
We step in to handle the remaining vendor research, bookings, and contract review. We attend meetings, manage communication, keep the budget on track, and make sure every moving piece is connected so nothing falls through the cracks in the final stretch.
Design Development
3-5 months before
This is where your wedding starts to take shape. We review what you have, fill in the gaps, and develop a cohesive design direction — color palette, mood board, florals, rentals, tabletop details, and the personal touches that make it feel like you. Every element is considered together, with your story at the center.
Final Details
4-6 weeks before
With each vendor, we run through every detail and make sure everyone is aligned: timing, logistics, setup, and expectations. Nothing is assumed. We handle all of it so that by the time your wedding week arrives, the only thing on your mind is how excited you are.
The Celebration
Your wedding day
Our team arrives early and stays late. We orchestrate every detail behind the scenes, including setup, vendor coordination, guest flow, and timeline management. You are present for every moment. We handle everything else.
